Please note that our technical team will perform a maintenance operation related to the migration of Veeam backup servers on the Hosting – Cloud Datacenter Sophia Go platform.

During this timeframe, backup and data restore operations will be temporarily suspended. As consequences, backup jobs and restore requests will not be available for the duration of the intervention.

Virtual machines and hosted services will remain fully operational.

No intervention is needed from your side.

Impact: Disturbance affecting some internet lines

Dear customer, dear partner,

Yesterday at approximately 21:15, we observed instability affecting some of our VDSL lines.

Our engineering teams immediately initiated an investigation and quickly identified the source of the issue within the collection network. Following coordination with Proximus, they confirmed a failure affecting one of their backbone components.

The issue was resolved and services returned to stable operation around 21:35.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
