Impact: Degradation of Luxembourg terminating

 

Dear customer, dear partner,

 

since 10.11AM today, we experience partial terminating outage to Luxembourg.

After investigation, we can confirm that several terminating local carriers are having the same issue. They are currently investigating to fix it.

Their last feedback at 11.05AM on 16.09.21 is:

*We kept this ticket open and are actively pushing for a solution. We will inform you as soon as we receive an update from our supplier.

Once the issue is solved we’ll monitor the performance to ensure sustained long-term quality.*
