During the scheduled maintenance window, you may experience two short service interruptions lasting a few minutes during service failover between our two datacenters. This may temporarily affect firewall cloud, Sophia VOIP telephony and hosting services.

Impact: Cut of BGP peering. Disturbance on overall Internet Access and VoIP network

Please note that our technical team will perform three important maintenances in February 2022 on our core Network. The first one will take place on Saturday the 5th of February 2022 at 1.00 AM.

These maintenances haves for main objective to improve the geographical redundancy of our core network.  

During this timeframe, a maximum of one consecutive hour of downtime is foreseen, impacting both our VoIP services as well as our xDSL, FTTH and Fiber services.

As consequences, your Sewan services will be affected.

 

No intervention is needed from your side.

Please note that our "V1" platform https://web.sewan.be suffered from a Data Base issue, which caused performance outage from 3.21 PM to 4.04 PM today.

The root cause of the problem has been identified and fixed by our engineers.
