Impact: 30 minutes of VoIP services unavailable

 

Dear customer, dear partner,

 

This morning, one of our core switches experienced disturbances. This resulted in parts of our network intermittently and briefly losing connectivity, this could be experienced by troubles registering on V1 and V2 voice platforms. Also, call quality was impaired. Our network team took needed actions, and is preparing a network maintenance tonight to prevent this issue from happening in the future.

 

Also, please note that our technical team will perform a maintenance tonight, on the 22nd of February 2022 from 1.00 AM to 4.00 AM.

 

During this timeframe, a full unreachability of our voice services is foreseen, for a maximum of 30 consecutive minutes.

 

No intervention is needed from your side.
