Impact: Mobile service disturbances during the nights

 

Dear customer, dear partner,

 

Please note that our technical team will perform an important migration on the mobile platform that will generate two important maintenances in June 2022:

 

• The first one will take place from Tuesday the 14th of June 2022, 11.00 PM to Wednesday, the 15th of June 2022, 3.00 AM.

During this timeframe, due to minor interruptions, session drop could happened for voice, SMS/MMS and data, but be resolved on retry.

 

• The second one will take place from Wednesday, the 15th of June 2022, 11.00 PM to Thursday, the 16th of June 2022, 4.00 AM.

During this timeframe, some call attempts failure or session drop can be experienced (voice, SMS/MMS and data).

 

No intervention is needed from your side.

 

As consequences, your Sewan services can be potentially affected.
