During the scheduled maintenance window, you may experience two short service interruptions lasting a few minutes during service failover between our two datacenters. This may temporarily affect firewall cloud, Sophia VOIP telephony and hosting services.

Impact: Reboot of Draytek CPEs

 

Dear customer, dear partner,

 

Since the migration of our ACS server, we have noticed that few of Draytek routers are no longer connected to Sophia.

Also, please note that during this timeframe, all the CPEs in this situation will be remotely rebooted by security.

If you prefer anticipate this action, feel free to process to a manual reboot prior to the maintenance. This will result in re-establishing its connection to Sophia and, consequently, excluding this hardware in the reboot process.
