[SEWAN] Technical maintenance - 10.06.2026

Beginning: 10.06.2026

Ending: 15.06.2026

Impact: Temporary suspension of eSIM orders

Dear customer, dear partner,

As part of an evolution of the Proximus platform towards the new SMDP+ infrastructure, a migration is scheduled during the weekend of 13 and 14 June 2026.

In order to avoid certain requests remaining blocked during this period, no eSIM orders can be submitted between 10 and 15 June inclusive (SIM swap and new line).

We therefore invite you to anticipate any needs prior to this period.

All already active lines, as well as porting requests and new mobile line orders using physical SIM cards, will remain fully operational.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards;

SEWAN Technical Team
