On January 6th, 2026, from 06:30 AM, a planned maintenance will be carried out to migrate the Proximus Brussels xDSL/FTTH collection to a 100 Gbps capacity. During the operation, the main collection will be temporarily switched to the Leuven backup site, which may result in packet loss. Once the upgrade is completed, traffic will be switched back to Brussels, during which additional packet loss may also occur.

No intervention is needed from your side.

At 11:02 AM, we encountered a problem on one of our OIT/BIT. Voice traffic switched automatically to another server, but caused some dialing delays and quality problems on ongoing calls. At 11:25AM, services were fully restored.
