Impact: Calls disturbances

 

Dear customer, dear partner,

 

From 10.22 AM till 10.55 AM this morning, we experienced network issues on one of our datacenter, which has affected 50% of our VoIP calls, with calls not ending correctly, short calls or calls cut off after 30 sec.

The source of the problem has been identified, and we are working with our Data Center engineering team to understand what happened.

 


UPDATE 11.16 AM

The machines are coming back. They have been isolated until our team has confirmed the source of the problem.
