In order to keep increasing our Internet redundancy, please note that our technical team will perform maintenances on 14.12.2022 from 1.00 AM to 2.00 AM on our xDSL and FTTH infrastructure

 

During this timeframe, a maximum of 15 minutes of disturbance can be foreseen.

No intervention is needed from your side.

Impact: reboot of Draytek 2765ac

To improve security and functionalities, all routers Draytek 2765ac will be updated. It will be done in 3 batches between 05/12 and 08/12 after 10PM.

 

During this timeframe, the CPE will reboot, with an expected downtime of approximately 1 to 5 minutes.

No intervention is needed from your side.

Impact: Provisionning is delayed, no porting possible
