UPDATE - 3.50 PM

The situation has been restored at Proximus side. Porting are again possible.


Dear customer, dear partner,

Please note that Proximus noticed us that they are currently running into technical problems to accept and execute number porting. In consequence, we highly suggest you to postpone your inbound porting in case the donor is Proximus.

This affects only Proximus numbers. Other donors are not concerned, and porting IN can be executed without any issue in this case.

We will let you know when the situation will be back to normal.

We experienced a problem with our node in Leuven. This had an impact mainly on outbound calls, expressing in long call setups. Problem was handled, initially by rerouting the calls, and the node was replaced by our team.

This morning we suffered an outage on a node in Leuven, around 8h50, it took a few minutes for all the traffic to be redirected. We have replaced the node, and everything is back to normal since 9h58.
