Please note that Proximus encountered a technical issue this morning, making Marketing Service numbers (0800, 070, 078, 090x) and emergency number (100) unreachable.

We hereby inform you that this morning there was a fire incident in the Proximus datacenter in Evere (Carli). This incident has caused an impact on the Marketing Service numbers (0800, 070, 078, 090x) that we provide and that are also used for contacting our Service Desks. These numbers were hard to reach as from 9h35 this morning. We can confirm that all services have been restored around 10h30.
