Impact: Internet access perturbation

Please note that we have received information that Internet access over Proximus network are running into issues.

At this stage, we can confirm that major operators in Belgium are impacted by it.

The zones concerned are Flemish Brabant, Antwerp and Limburg neihbourhood.

Please note that we have been informed that Internet Access links currently delivered by United Mobile (previously known as United Telecom) have been shut down.

Furthermore, please be aware that Proximus sent an official communication stating that they will stop delivering the fixed telephony transit to numbers used by United Mobile (NI C0036/RRT) on April 30th of 2025.

If you may have services currently delivered by United Mobile, please urgently contact our support in order to find a solution for keeping the service active.
