Please be aware that we have been informed by SCARLET that no porting IN or OUT will be possible from/to SCARLET from 19.11.2020 – 9.00 PM to 22.11.2020 – 11.59 PM.
Here is part of their official communication :
After nearly 4 years of preparation, Scarlet will perform in a couple of weeks a major upgrade in the backend systems, involving a migration of all customer data.
In order to minimize impact to the consumer we ask you:
• Not to plan installations or activations for fixed or mobile number portability where Scarlet is donor between Thursday 19/11 21.00h and Sunday 22/11/2020 23.59h
• Not to plan activations involving easy switch where Scarlet is donor between Thursday 19/11 21.00h and Sunday 22/11/2020 23.59h
Should you plan despite our request to do installations or activations, please inform the end customer of the delay in number porting or easy switch to reduce the number of complaints to a strict minimum.
Therefore, please make sure to adapt your work schedule in accordance to this constraint.
