Please note that Proximus has now confirmed that the VoLTE is working again :
We hereby inform you that the issues with the Mobile voice 4G (VoLTE) services have been resolved and operation is fully restored.
The issue, which was caused by an unexpected side effect of a planned intervention, impacting the service between 11h05 CET and 12h15 CET is resolved. Further measures to prevent this kind of issue will be taken.
