At 10.00 AM issues with setting up a new mobile session has been detected.
A workaround has been implemented to limit the impact on your end-users.
At 12.15 AM the issue was solved.
If the handset of your customer is not auto-reconnecting to the network, please ask your customer to go to “flight” mode and back.
At 10.00 AM we also detected an issue on all access links.
It was caused by suspicious traffic from a few IP addresses that were blocked, but this was not enough and we blocked some complete subnets.
