Please note that Proximus informed me about the following issue on Mobile network :
"We hereby inform you that we are experiencing technical issues with our Mobile voice services. We are doing everything possible to restore the situation as soon as possible.
We will keep you updated and inform you the moment systems are fully available again."
At 3.05 PM, Proximus confirmed the resolution of their issue, without precising the root cause :
"We hereby inform you that the technical issues affecting our Mobile voice services have been fully resolved. All services are now operating normally."
