Dear customer, dear partner,
We have received multiple complaints regarding coverage on mobile devices. A support ticket has been opened with Proximus, and we are currently awaiting further updates from their side.
We will provide additional information as soon as we receive feedback.

Around 30 mobile sites (Orange-owned) are currently out of service, mainly located in East and West Flanders.Customers on the Proximus network are experiencing no coverage in the affected areas.

All services have been fully restored, the situation is back to normal.
