Impact: Issues with mobile requests

Dear Partners,

We are currently experiencing intermittent API timeout issues on some requests with Proximus (mobile).

As a result, a limited number of operations (such as port-in requests or SIM swaps) may not be properly received or processed.

Our technical teams are actively working together with Proximus to identify the root cause and restore full service as soon as possible.

We will keep you informed of any significant updates.
