We are currently experiencing some network issues on the Proximus network.

UPDATE from Proximus 2.59 PM :

Our technical teams have identified and resolved the issue. Mobile services are gradually returning to normal for all users. If users are still not getting any signal, we recommend turning airplane (flight) mode on and then off again on the device.

The technical issues with our Mobile voice and data services have been resolved. If users are still not getting any signal, we recommend turning airplane (flight) mode on and then off again on the device.
