Impact: Disturbance affecting some internet lines
Dear customer, dear partner,
Yesterday at approximately 21:15, we observed instability affecting some of our VDSL lines.
Our engineering teams immediately initiated an investigation and quickly identified the source of the issue within the collection network.
Following coordination with Proximus, they confirmed a failure affecting one of their backbone components.
The issue was resolved and services returned to stable operation around 21:35.
