During this timeframe, part of our telephony and internet access may experience brief disconnections, that should last from 5 to 10 minutes maximum. As consequences, you may receive trunk registration alerts, and lose of DSL connectivity.

Please note that we experienced telephony disturbances today from 10.36AM to 10.42AM. Our technical team has found the reason of the issue on our routing systems, and are currently analysing the logs in order to make sure this unexpected behavior will not occur in the future.
