Our internet infrastructure will evolve and all lines (xDSL – FTTH) will be migrated from SSR to BNG. During this timeframe, the pppoe session will be renewed one time.

No intervention is needed from your side.

Dear customer, dear partner,

Please be informed that Telenet (Group) informed us that as from 21/10/2022, they will protect its network and customers against incoming voice traffic with refiled CLI (Calling Line Identification), and will block such identified traffic from termination to the end user.

In case some transit calls from your network towards Telenet fixed or mobile numbers are blocked after this date we invite you to check first that the CLI has not been changed or modified before contacting us.
