Impact: Disturbances on hosted telephony for maximum of 20 minutes

To optimize the performance of our infrastructure, we will be carrying out a maintenance operation on the night of Monday, October 10, 2023.

During this timeframe, impacts are expected as follow :

• Trunk SIP : A planned switchover will interrupt calls for a few minutes from 10.00 PM.

• Hosted telephony will be impacted for around twenty minutes.

No intervention is needed from your side.

Impact: access to Sophia impossible randomly

Dear customer, dear partner,

Since this morning, some people are not able to connect to Sophia. Issue is identified and will be fixed ASAP.

Beginning: 29.09.2023 – 10.00 AM Endding : 29.09.2023 – 12.00 AM

Dear customer, dear partner,

At 10.00 AM issues with setting up a new mobile session has been detected.

A workaround has been implemented to limit the impact on your end-users.

At 12.15 AM the issue was solved.

If the handset of your customer is not auto-reconnecting to the network, please ask your customer to go to “flight” mode and back.

At 10.00 AM we also detected an issue on all access links.

It was caused by suspicious traffic from a few IP addresses that were blocked, but this was not enough and we blocked some complete subnets.
