Our portability tool is evolving!

The update will take place from Friday, August 28 at 12:00 p.m. to Monday, August 31 at 9:00 a.m.

The goal of this update is to enhance the platform’s security and expand its features.

What’s New:

• New, more modern, and more intuitive interface

• Ability to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on accounts

• User creation and advanced access rights management

• Current carrier verification for up to 1,000 numbers per day

• Carrier verification directly from the port-in page

• Adding and routing numbers directly in SBCng and on portal.sewan.be

• Completing the LOA directly online

• Provision of an API to manage your port-ins using your own tools

Please note:

• No action is required on your part.

• Your login credentials remain the same.

• The access URL remains the same: https://porting.sewan.be/

• To ensure the continuity of your operations, we encourage you to submit your portability requests before the maintenance begins.

Impact: Some voice calls may have failed.

Dear customer, dear partner,

We experienced a temporary incident affecting some voice calls on our platform.

Our technical teams identified a configuration inconsistency on one of our voice platforms. As a result, some calls could not be routed correctly.

The configuration was resynchronized and the service was fully restored at 05:30 PM.

Additional checks have been performed to confirm that all services are operating normally.
