Our automatic porting portal remains nevertheless 100% operational.

A ticket has been open toward CRDC to resolve this situation ASAP.

During this timeframe, part of our telephony and internet access may experience brief disconnections, that should last from 5 to 10 minutes maximum. As consequences, you may receive trunk registration alerts, and lose of DSL connectivity.
