Please note that our technical team will perform a maintenance on our network infrastracture. With the aim of always being up to date, we will upgrade our core routers 1 and 2 at Brussels.  

During this timeframe, a disconnection/reconnection of L2TP is expected.  

No intervention is needed from your side.

Impact: Sophia Hosted telephony issues

Dear customer, dear partner,

Since 2.51 PM, we notice disturbances on Sophia Hosted Telephony.

The root cause of the issue has been identified at our Broadware infrastructure, due to an SBC switchover.

The situation has been fixed at 5.01PM today.
