Mobile service [SEWAN] Unexpected disturbances - 01.10.2025

Dear customer, dear partner,

We have received multiple complaints regarding coverage on mobile devices. A support ticket has been opened with Proximus, and we are currently awaiting further updates from their side.

We will provide additional information as soon as we receive feedback.


UPDATE :10.00 AM

Around 30 mobile sites (Orange-owned) are currently out of service, mainly located in East and West Flanders.Customers on the Proximus network are experiencing no coverage in the affected areas.


UPDATE :10.15 AM

All services have been fully restored, the situation is back to normal.

Premium numbers [SEWAN] Unexpected disturbances - 01.10.2025

Beginning: 02.10.2025 – 04.00AM Endding: 02.10.2025- 3.30PM

Impact: Vas and toll free numbers partially not reachable

Dear customer, dear partner,

Since this morning, we have been experiencing a partial routing disruption affecting some of our Value Added Service (VAS) numbers, specifically 0800 / 078 / 090X.

The issue has been identified on the Proximus side and is currently being resolved. Our teams are closely monitoring the situation in collaboration with the operator to restore full service as quickly as possible.

This issue is not linked to our recent maintenance, which went well.

Mobile service [SEWAN] Unexpected disturbances - 23.09.2025

Please note that Proximus informed me about the following issue on Mobile network :

"We hereby inform you that we are experiencing technical issues with our Mobile voice services. We are doing everything possible to restore the situation as soon as possible.

We will keep you updated and inform you the moment systems are fully available again."

 

At 3.05 PM, Proximus confirmed the resolution of their issue, without precising the root cause :

"We hereby inform you that the technical issues affecting our Mobile voice services have been fully resolved. All services are now operating normally."
