Dear customer, dear partner,

At 10.00 AM issues with setting up a new mobile session has been detected.

A workaround has been implemented to limit the impact on your end-users.

At 12.15 AM the issue was solved.

If the handset of your customer is not auto-reconnecting to the network, please ask your customer to go to “flight” mode and back.

At 10.00 AM we also detected an issue on all access links.

It was caused by suspicious traffic from a few IP addresses that were blocked, but this was not enough and we blocked some complete subnets.

Impact: Audio quality degraded on VoIP calls (in and out)

Dear customer, dear partner,

Please note that we have experienced a temporary degradation of our audio quality on both our Sophia hosted telephony as well as our V5 trunk solutions.

On 26.09.2023 – 2.46 PM, we have been altered that one of our peering link was suffering from high latency. For 20 minutes, this resulted in audio degradation of both in and out audio. After analysis to understand the reason of this unexpected load, we've taken the decision to manually isolate this faulty link and transfer our traffic onto a backup link. Once this done, the latency went back to initial value (<10 ms).

A ticket has been already opened to our supplier to understand the root cause of their latency issue. For the time being, the link remains isolated.

Impact: Disturbances on internet links

Dear customer, dear partner,

In the continuity of our core network upgrade, our network engineer team will process an important maintenance during the night of the 23rd of September 2023.

During this timeframe, impacts are expected as follow :

• From 10.00 PM we will have few packet loss for DSL

• From 10.00 PM we will have some link access disconnections

• Load balance will be done after midnight ( disconnections )

• we will have BGP convergence for foreign traffic ( 5 packet loss )

No intervention is needed from your side.
